Called with varying electrical issues. Older house with very odd and shoddy electrical initially, but Lena and crew were able to get everything taken care of and quickly. Greatly appreciated her expertise and willingness to work to correct the issues I had. Couldn't recommend her and Morgan Master Electrician more emphatically!!

We noticed what we thought was a problem with the dimmer switch in the bath. Because we had gotten such great service some months ago from this company, we called up and spoke with Gary. After some texts and photos related to the problem, Gary maintained it was not a serious problem, and we agreed. Some companies would have sent someone out at $100 to find nothing wrong. So appreciate the diligence and helpfulness of this company all the more. Highly recommend.
Top-Notch service! Every other provider in town was going to take about a week to get to me, Lost power in house due to breaker panel meltdown. They had somebody out here within 2 hours And their pricing was very reasonable.
Gary Morgan picks up the phone quickly and answers with courtesy. When it came time to update our old house's breaker box, he showed up quickly to give an estimate. Even though it was over the holidays, he made a strong effort to get our project done, and when any delays came up due to the County or the power company and their scheduling requirements, he made sure to keep us up to date. He's also very good at explaining electrical issues to a layperson.

I had 4 GFCI's that wouldn't stay on after a lightning strike. They figured out how they were all connected to each other in 15 mins., and had them all back on on 30 mins. I'm keeping their number for sure. The men who came to my house explained to me what happened in a way I could understand. They were friendly and very professional. Most importantly...their service call prices are reasonable and competitive.
We have used Morgan several times. The home we purchased 3 years ago was built shoddily - when we smelled electrical burning, a technician came out and recommended our replacing all the switches - indeed when they were pulled he showed us that they were installed in a shoddy manner and we were at risk for them starting a fire. Work was done speedily. Other technicians have worked in our house installing a 220 line for our elevator and can lighting in several rooms. Every technician who has come has been polite, clean, and worked efficiently. I can give no higher recommendation - if there were 10 stars they would be worthy of that rating!
This is the fourth time using Morgan electric. They know what they're doing and give you the best advice. With an old house there are complicated choices so I need someone that knows what they're doing. I won't go elsewhere anymore. I have had Paul the last few times, super knowledgeable.
